DONATE TO THE STROKE RECOVERY CENTER
The Stroke Recovery Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing therapies and services for free to survivors of stroke and traumatic brain injuries and their families. Being dependent upon contributions and grants our center is always seeking support from the community. There are many options for giving: from one-time donations, donations to commemorate a special occasion, memberships, commemorative bricks and more. Whatever you can give please use the donation form below. Download it, print it, fill it out and then mail it back to the center with your donation or call James P. Martinez at (760) 323-7676, extension 112.

LEGACY CIRCLE
It is said that by the simple act of giving, we receive more than we ever thought imaginable. More than 80% of Americans contribute to nonprofit groups throughout their lifetimes but only 8% chose to continue this support through a charitable bequest. By considering the Stroke Recovery Center in your Will or Trust, your planned gift will continue to assist stroke survivors and their families while supporting yours and your family’s legacy.
In the event you have already named the Stroke Recovery Center as a beneficiary of your estate plan, we would love to hear from you. We would like to acknowledge our legacy circle and express our appreciation. If you would like more information regarding planned giving, please give us a call. We would be happy to help you with this very important decision.
Please call James P. Martinez at 760-323-7676, extension 112 and thank you!
